First step after applying through an agency was an online SHL logical reasoning test which was very tough so I was shocked to be called back to the second stage. This consisted of an assessment day of activities and interviews. The final stage was a second interview which was followed by an offer.

Applied online. Was invited for cultural assessment immediately and then numeracy and verbal online tests. I practised questions on Kenexa and SHL which was helpful to get familiar with style. Received email some time later saying I wasn't successful. Didn't even make it to face-to-face. Don't understand these ATS decisions sometime. But that's the world nowadays.
