I applied online through their website. After a week received an invitation for a phone interview. The recruiter was super nice. Straight forward questions, about your resume and about your previous experience. Personality matters a lot. Must communicate well.
It is a very professional and smooth process, and i really appreciate this. I made a self introduction and explained some details on my CV. Im happy that the process is very clear and effective

Entretien
I was interviewed online through a cognitive assessment test which mainly asked cultural questions and theoretical thinking and reasoning. The online test had no lapse time, i completed it in 30 minutes.

Pymetrics test, phone interview, personal interview. HR was nice, but internship cancelled due to covid-19. They changed the behavioral test too. It becomes more difficult. It used to be verbal and maths, now its gaming, Like jp morgam.
