I applied through their official website and got an email back about 10 days later for a phone interview. I was well informed about the job requirement and compensation. I am waiting on them to call me back about an in person interview with the Territorial manager.

phone call to set a face to face interview interviewed with hr manager and head manager of BAT interview consisted of situation and behavioral questions and lasted about 45 minutes both managers were extremely nice and professional and made me feel like I was part of a team, unlike other companies I had interviewed with invited to an assessment center which im still waiting on.
