Full day interview from 9am to 6pm called an Assessment center. The interview was total of 7 applicants. Apart from the group discussion, all other process were assessed individually on negotiation and presentation.

Assessment Center, all in all quite Common: ind. Interview, Team task, group interview, Business case, Final assessment, lasting 3 to 4 hours. Good Training but Business case was very Hard

2. in-person interview with line managers
3. assessment center (in-person group interview)
