First screening interview with the direct line manager, and already off to a bad impression. There was no pleasantries, and she immediately cautioned me about a culture/environment fit in the company. She also asked more technical questions which were fine, but her attitude was quite dismissive. Overall it gave me a bad impression of the team and the company.
