I had been recruited by BASF for a HRBP position and was pre-screened by a recruiter. After this had occurred, I had received a call telling me that I moved to the next stage. From here we scheduled my next panel interview. I received a call the morning of, stating that something had come up and my interview needed to be rescheduled and that the recruiter would get back to me. I had followed up 3 times over the coming weeks with no response. This is a poor recruiting tactic and communication.
