One month after I applied, I was invited to do a recordable interview through HireVue. A week later, they scheduled my in-person interview for two weeks later. My interview was with two people. I had been asked to prepare a job role-specific presentation, so I went through that first and then did the interview. The interviewers were thorough, but very friendly and welcoming. After the interview, they handed me off to another person who gave me a wonderful tour of the facilities. I was very impressed. The downside to that is that it really got my hopes up and then I didn’t get an offer. The other downside is they never called me or emailed me or anything to let me know I did not get the job. In the end, it worked out best for me as I don’t think I’m as suited for manufacturing as I am for the job I ended up getting (in government contracting). But it was overall a good experience.
