I was emailed a list of 10 questions. I had five days to answer each one in 500 words or less. Upon emailing the document I was thanked for submitting it and told I'd be contacted if selected.

What is your experience hiring and managing staff out of an organization? How do you manage people working below the expected performance level? How do you prefer to give and receive feedback?

Entretien
I had a preliminary phone interview, then an in-person interview with two head curators and the director of HR. I heard back from HR within a week or so over the phone and was offered the position.

Aside from general questions like why are you a good fit for this position, tell us about your work history and how it might help you in this job, etc....they asked how I prioritize my time, and what tools I have to successfully get my work done.
