After inquiring with the recruiter a few times, I got a telephone interview. We immediately transitioned to salary negotiation and I received the formal job offer documentation soon thereafter. Although I found myself needing to nudge the process along the entire way, they were very polite and apologetic about the bureaucracy and missed communications that kept tripping us up.
