I was called by a contract house and then they arrange for me to meet with a manager at the company at a specific location. Once we meet we discuss my experience that is on the resume. ironically, once i am hired it does not matter what was on the resume because they will treat me as an incompetent idiot that knows nothing anyways so the resume is basically pointless.
