Initial phone interview with the hiring manager, then on site interview with a panel of interviewers (4 total). The on site interview took about two hours total and also included a tour of the facility.

How can you apply statistical processes in order to enhance current procedures.
Basic engineering, focus on team work. They may ask about what projects you have worked on previously. Asked about relevant class work I had taken. Nothing special about this interview.

Applied online, then had an in-person interview about 1 month later. Standard in person interview with 4 managers, was then taken on a tour of the facility, very interesting manufacturing site.

A few different general questions over 2 or 3 interviews. Fairly simple and straightforward, a few technical questions that are fairly easy for most people. Overall a good experience and not too difficult to complete
