Emailed the recruiter in charge of the position and they asked me to come in for an in-person interview. After going over my resume and details of the position, they asked a few behavioral questions. That's it.

Name an instance when you tried and failed to overcome an obstacle.
Phone call screening, Asked for programming experience and generally was kind. This was for a freshman interview so they did not expect knowledge, just wanted to know ability to learn at the time. Took them a month to get back after the phone interview.
Just asked all of the basic interview questions you can think of. Strengths, weaknesses, "give an example of a time when..." Went through my resume and experience and career goals.

Entretien
Two rounds of interviews; the first over the phone and the second in the office. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and were interested in my project experience outside of the classroom. I was extended an offer two weeks after the interview.
