Pre-interview via HireVue. 4 questions with 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to record an answer for each question. Questions were followed by 3 game-like assessments based on arithmetic, shape recognition and personality

There are two interview stages, the first one is an on demand, Hirevue stile interview, and then I had an in person interview. Both use similar questions, a range of behavioral questions, and the Hirevue includes a few cognitive games at the end. For the Hirevue you basically have unlimited time for the questions, of course not for the interview though.
