Two phone call interviews, the first was a screening interview by a recruiter. The second was conducted by Two senior staff members in the field asking more in-depth about your abilities and technical knowledge.

I applied online. Got a call back in a few days where they asked me a few questions to get to know me better and scheduled a face to face interview in the following week.
The face to face interview was about an hour, asking both behavioural and technical questions
