Two half hour telephone interviews, one two hour interview. Telephone interviews were both late in calling. Two hour interview extremely short notice before weekend (Friday late) with interview Monday Morning - so preparation was over weekend after a long work week. Ridiculous. Positive feedback from first interviews, made me put other things on hold; After last interview absolutely no communication. Extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional - avoid applying, time wasters. No response to follow up emails I sent to themselves or recruiters (Evolution), who seemed in a rush to collect surveys, no doubt as they knew I would receive no further contact. I would advise to avoid as their recruitment process is shambolic.
