was asked to do a phone interview, was asked why I wanted the job. I was invited to an in store interview where there were like 6 other people. We did a Group activity and then one to one interview

Entretien
having missed the group interview, I was invited back for a 1 on 1 interview with a department manager. It was a relaxed interview and the manager was very helpful and paid full attention to what I said. After the interview he called me to offer me the job.
