Smooth interview process - applied online and met with the store manager the following week.
Interview questions were not difficult - tell me about yourself, why did you choose B&M, what is your availability. Store manager was lovely and made it feel more like a conversation.

they just called me in and asked questions, quite informal and didnt seem interested, didnt get an offer and didnt hear back from them after i was told they'd call back same day
