Very simple interview, conducted by the manager at the time. Moderately informal. Manager and assistant manager were present but only the manager spoke. Their main focus was not on skills or experience but more about availability and flexibility. Not sure if this is usually how things are, the store was extremely short staffed at the time.

Entretien
Very simple applied in person and then they invited me for an interview which ended up being in person and then did the interview which lasted for like 10 minutes
Telephone interview. Spoke to store manager on the phone for about 15 minutes. Answered a few standard questions. It was very straightforward
And actually quite enjoyable. Nothing too crazy.

I handed in my CV on Thursday, got a call back on Friday offered and interview on Monday at 12 and got offered the job Monday at 5pm. Everyone was friendly.
