Entretien
La entrevista tuvo dos fases. Una primera fase con dirección y otra persona del departamento para el que ofrecía la vacante. Una segunda con otros miembros del equipo cuyo objetivo ver qué feeling e impresión se daba y eventualmente, una tercera fase.

Entretien
A position was opened and a person from HR contacted me to arrange a meeting with the team. The team were really nice and friendly and the person from HR was always available for a follow up or sharing any doubts. It felt more like a conversation instead of a proper interview which made the situation feel really confortable. The process though was extremely long, becoming tedious and lasting more than 2 months, with another meeting in between. Though they always kept me up to date the ongoing situation became a bit exhausting.
