A normal interview with a business unit in a local country level team located in Asia. But after the primary interview, one of the interviewers has spread rumours to my current company and my ex-company that I had an interview with him and his manager. He has also asked some people who might know of me when I’m going to quit my current company. He has done this without any consent from me. It would be great the company should anyways educate this kind of employee lack of “common sense” that any hiring staff should act like a professional interviewer and a brand ambassador of B Braun during/after the interview. Also, no matter what the purpose was for him, digging up behind interviewee’s back could be a huge minus and most likely to affect someone’s career or reputation. 😊 Thank you for this lesson learned which is good!
