i was held 23 interview, first- is in HR department: many professional questions and good communication skills with the HR specialist, enough time to think about the answers and very smooth atmosphere at the time. second- with the shop manager at the specific shop, very good communication skills, and smooth as well to have a conversation with the man who WAS a manager there before. Third- with the other manager of the exact shop where i was going to work- as well i can say that very god communication skills and calm talk, many questions and information about the person who is being interviewed.
