My experience interviewing with Aya Healthcare was very smooth and straightforward. After I applied online, I had to take a short, online "personality test". Shortly after that I was contacted via phone for a few further, brief interview questions, then was asked for an in-person interview Friday morning. This interview consisted of meeting with two internal recruiting managers and a few other nurse recruiter directors (each separately). This interview lasted 2+hours in total. Be ready to sell yourself and your experiences, as well as, discuss in detail your responsibilities at your previous job. After the first interview I was told they would be in touch - and sure enough I was contacted via e-mail later that day for a second interview scheduled Monday afternoon. At the second interview, I met with a recruitment coordinator who had been with the company 4 months and after speaking with her for about 30 minutes, I met one-on-one with the CEO, Alan! Though I admit, the latter was a bit intimidating at first, it really wasn't that bad (lasted 3 minutes). I like how the CEO makes it a point to meet all potential new hires. Also, it's pretty cool how you get to interview with different people at various stages in the company - this helped give me a clear and genuine picture of the Aya culture. After my 2nd interview on Monday, I was contacted via phone on Wednesday with a job offer which I excitedly accepted! :)
