I was contacted and the recruiter Bo discussed the same position in 2 different divisions within the company. My recruiter then handed me off to another person who was not very responsive and only text. I interviewed with both managers and told I was a better fit for one of the departments and they would contact me to discuss an offer. After the 3rd day of no response, I reached out. I received an email that I was not selected within 2 minutes of leaving a message. An hour later my recruiter text (no call still) that I was still being considered for the job I was a better fit and he was waiting to hear from the manager on an offer. I waited another week and finally called, text, and emailed with no response. I finally received the rejection email over 2 weeks after my last message to them. It was a disappointing experience, especially from a staffing agency that should understand the importance of creating a positive candidate experience.
