The first stage was an online assessment where questions were asked on aptitude, DBMS, and data analytics. The online assessment questions were mediocre in difficulty range and were quite interesting.
There was one initial interview with the hiring manager. After talking with them, they told me they'd get back to me by the end of the week. By the end of the week, they scheduled two 30-minute back-to-back interviews (one behavioral and one technical; standard interview questions and not too technical) with two different employees. The next week, the hiring manager called me to offer me the position.
