The interview process was 4 steps: initial discovery call, hiring manager screen, panel interview with recruiting leadership/senior IC, and final call with VP. Each step was about 45+ minutes. They will ask you many behavioral/situational questions on utilizing data/strategies for stakeholder management/process improvement.

I interviewed for a contract role and met with the hiring manager. The interview went well this was an informative meeting to learn more about the company and to tell the HM about my relevant skills.
