Successful candidates proceed to a technical phone interview, followed by a series of on-site or virtual interviews focusing on coding, system design, technical expertise, and behavioral assessments. After a comprehensive evaluation by the interview panel, selected candidates receive a job offer, including compensation details and start date. Upon acceptance, they receive a welcome package and participate in a new hire orientation to integrate into the company.
