J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Axon en déc. 2021
Entretien
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to discuss career opportunities with Axon.
Phone screen, followed by hiring manager interview, followed by panel interviews. The entire process took about three weeks.
Axon employees were positive, helpful and welcoming throughout the interview and onboarding process.
Their passion for the mission is prevalent in each conversation and definitely helped to persuade me that Axon was the right place to continue building my career.

Initial phone screen was for a Program Manager role, which I was told was already filled right when the recruiter got in the call. They wanted me to pursue a couple other roles, which they had me apply for and reschedule the phone interview. I found it odd since we only spent ten minutes on the initial call and figured we could use the time to discuss, but alas. I applied for the two other roles and had the next phone screen.
Questions weren’t anything special in the second phone screen. I did get cut off and told to “shorten my answers because we weren’t going to get through all the questions”. Fair feedback, although it seemed like they wanted to ask about 15 questions with detailed answers in a half hour phone screen, the first ten minutes of which the recruiter spent pumping up the company.
They said they’d pass along my info to the hiring manager and I’d hear back by end of week. Almost ten days later, I get an email saying they’d like to discuss the other role with me and had me schedule time for a third phone screen. A couple hours later, I received and email saying thanks but no thanks to the second phone screen. Then the recruiter cancelled the third phone screen. It was an extremely convoluted process and ended up being a huge run around. Waste of time.
Thank you for taking the time to send this, we know hiring processes can be hard and we appreciate your giving us feedback on how to improve ours! Best of luck to you and thank you for the candor!
