4. 10 days gap as recruiters finding it hard to setup a whole day interview
5. Finally a date has setup
6. Interview day (no coderpad has been provided)
7. After interview is done, another 15 days gap to get the outcome.

Interview process was chill and comfortable. was asked questions regarding my skill and experience and my projects and the interviewer was pretty chill. thought the interview was good, was ghosted later on no matter the follow up.

employee referral. Got a phone screen call after getting notified by the HR. After one day of the technical call I got an invitation for onsite interview. The interview process was pretty straight forward. They are a bunch of causal guys but do test the concepts thoroughly. The interviewers were friendly and would make you feel comfortable through out the session. Whiteboard coding and a lot of technical and conceptual questions.

Phone screen interview involved bit manipulation coding question followed by discussion about the company and the work.
At onsite, I was asked about coding questions from moderate section of cracking the coding interview.
The interviewers do expect good command on programming concepts and language.
