I had a 1 hour in-person preliminary interview. One week later they asked me to come back for a full day interview. It started with the HR manager asking some basic questions. Then I met some developers who started with white boarding design problems. There was a nice lunch and then back to white boarding. I had about 4 hours of white board design - it almost felt like they were mining for ideas. Finally, I had a portfolio review at the end of the day. A few days later, I received a "No" from the HR manager. I asked for feedback but she said it was against their policy. Really? So I had taken a full day off from my current job and had zero idea what went wrong.
