I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn. I had two interviews with the hiring manager and the external recruiter proactively reached out to say the feedback had been positive and that they wanted another interview. Then I never heard from anyone again. EVER. Completely ghosted. E-mails to the Axon HR team went unanswered. I just tried to login to my candidate portal to find it deactivated. This company is so unprofessional - what is so hard about saying you don't want to move forward? Why the mixed messages? I'm glad I dodged a bullet if this is how they treat their prospective employees.
