Applied through LinkedIn for Hardware Recruiter opening -> recruiter reaches out via InMail to ask if I had GTM experience, I said yes -> recruiter phone screen -> hiring manager interview and online assessment -> 4 person panel -> VP of TA -> no offer no feedback just automated email. This all took about 5 weeks and all questions were behavioral and answered within STAR format
