Head Hunter called in; HR interview first, then introduce to direcct report, after that direct to relative directors. Job was offered after all through, the job offer includes the bonus of 15-45% on performance.

Entretien
Interview was pretty standard, with 3 stakeholders in a group setting. Most questions asked were relevant and on-point, with no obvious time-wasters.
The issue is that AxleTech completely misrepresented the position. I applied for and was hired to a director-level position, only to learn later that I would only be needed for a temporary project. AxleTech management (still in place as of April 2015) intentionally acted in an unethical manner. For this reason, they should not be trusted.
