Applied via Indeed on 12/19. I was asked for an in-person interview as of 12/29 for 1/6. I arrive for the interview, and the interviewer (someone I had not corresponded with) showed up 15 minutes past our scheduled interview time. I then sat through a two-hour interview that included video calls and phone calls with various staff, answering questions regarding my background and experience. I was told to expect a call at a specific time that same day. An hour past the provided call time, the interviewer calls and informs me "we'd like to bring you on - wait for further contact." 10 days go by with no updates, so I e-mailed them on 1/16 thanking them for their time. They responded requesting I "be patient." Two additional weeks go by with no update, so l again e-mail them on 1/30 requesting an update. It's 2/15 today and they couldn't be bothered to take 60 seconds to respond. It's one thing for a company to ghost an applicant BEFORE an interview. Doing so after someone's taken time away from work for a two hour interview and then stating you'd like to bring them on board is beyond rude. Don't waste your time applying here.
