I was contacted via email and text asking if I have any times for a phone interview. We talked the next day and it lasted 30 mins.
She basically walked me through my resume, cover letter and the rest of my application and then informed me what goes on next.

Applied online, had a recruiter call interview a few days later, then a program manager interview a few days after. Finally, was offered the position but the salary was below market rate and current salary with subpar benefits.
