It started with an initial phone screen and then I was interviewed by two managers for two separate category management roles. For the interviews itself you must have an understanding of the strategic sourcing and you should be ok for the interview. Overall the process was pleasant and I felt confident walking out of the interview.

Virtual interviews conducting over MS Teams. There was 2 rounds of interview. No offer was made. The interviews ranged between 30 minutes to an hour. The interview process was pretty straight forward.
