Phone call at first, then I was called into their office for a face-to face interview. Sat down with the HR personnel and the Manager. They really wanted to know if you could perform some chemical experiments

Great no complaints, overall would work for Axalta. I love their products and the innovation that the company is constantly reaching. I use all Axalta products and will never not…. Unless somewhere else gives me a better price. Jk
