An invitation Email was sent for a Telephone Interview 3-4 days after the application. The first Phone Interview lasted around 30 Minute with simple questions. A Junior HR Manager and the Director of Account Management were the interviewers -very professional conversation. The Interview was standard, not difficult. Following the phone interview within 1-2 hours, I was informed that we will have a face to face Business Case Discussion and they have sent the details of the case 2 days prior to the meeting. (1 Week Later than the first Int.) This was the last stage I guess. This time HR Manager, A senior Colleague and Director of Account Management attended. Business Case was not difficult but somehow I couldn't motivate myself to prepare an outstanding presentation. I ended up reading the slites that I have prepared. It was embarrassing for me and time consuming for the attendants. Understandably I didn't get the job offer. But overall Interview process and each employee who took part in it were extremely professional. The company seems like they value more authenticity in an employee more than trying to find someone who gets the job done.

HR was really efficient and clear about the next steps. They had really good communication and at every stage, I was informed of my candidature. I could see that the way of interviewing was friendly and open-minded.
