I felt I interviewed extremely well, related great with every hiring manager. Expressed a lot of interest and communicated my expectations well and qualifications. I made it to the final stages and was completely ghosted. None of the hiring managers responded to my emails or LinkedIn messages and the recruiter never responded either after almost 2 weeks. Very disappointed in how we parted ways and shows a lack of accountability within their leadership and they truly don’t value people like they say they do.
