I had a really nice experience interviewing with Avive. I was contacted by Avive's recruiter on LinkedIn and he walked me though what the next steps would be. Everything went smoothly and everyone I talked to was very kind and polite. All the people I met at the Avive office were welcoming and friendly. There were a total of 3 interviews: 1. An interview with the Director of Software talking about my background and previous work/projects. 2. A peer coding session with the same Director of Software along with two Avive engineers. 3. A chat with Avive's COO.
