When I applied online a few years ago, the questions on the questionnaire were set in a way that it was not quite clear how to answer about my immigration status, there was no option in the drop down which matched my situation. I was not a UK citizen at the time, but I did not require sponsorship either as I was on the spouse visa. So as I could not select ‘I am a UK citizen’, the only other option was to select ‘I require sponsorship’ which was frustrating as I didn’t. And as soon as I selected that, submitted my application, I got an automatic email within minutes saying my application was unsuccessful. I suspected the immigration might have been the issue, so I went it, submitted all the same answers as before, except I selected that I was a UK citizen, just to see if that was the issue. And indeed, they took a few days to review the application and get back to me.
I felt awful because they designed the questionnaire in such a way that I could not the option which was revealing to my situation, and hence made me ineligible. It left a really sour taste in my mouth.

It was a video interview with six questions in total. Uou will have 3 minutes to prepare and 2 minutes to record. Mostly strength based with some situational and competency questions.
