A follow-up email requesting a status update also received no response. Candidates invest significant time preparing for interviews and participating in several rounds of discussions. The complete lack of communication or closure after such a process leaves a negative impression. Even a short update or formal rejection would demonstrate basic respect for candidates’ time and effort.
