Applied online and the recruiter reached out to schedule a intro call. The job description was a little vague so I appreciated that the recruiter explained the position in detail before we began the interview. I declined to continue the interview as it did not meet my expectations of the role. I appreciate the honest approach. Will keep this company in mind for future.

Entretien
The process was 2 phone interviews and an inperson interview with VP and BD Manager. Most pleasant interview I've been on these gentlemen were humble and down to earth.

What would your family say is your greatest weakness?
Applied through a recruiting agency. Had a phone interview within a week that lasted about 20-30 minutes. Had an in-person interview 2 weeks later. Overall quick process, and got back to me pretty quick.
