First was a call from HR to set up a call with the hiring manager, then came the call with the hiring manager. After that, they scheduled a Skype call with the team (or in person if you are in the area). The last round was a day trip to Spokane to tour the office (and sites) and meet with the team.
All of the interview questions were centered on soft skills rather than technical skills. It was nothing difficult at all. They just want to see if I would fit in with the company culture.

Interview was held at University. Asked the typical interview questions, which lasted around 30 minutes. Consisted of two interviews by two employees. The final part consisted of over viewing a city grid and describing your step by step process of locating an area on the grid.
