Pretty standard interview. The interviewer asked standard questions and stated that they would be finishing first interviews and will be scheduling a second interview. After not hearing anything for three weeks I called to fllow up to see if they filled the position and never received anything back. It's been months and not even a template email back. Companies need to know that the way they interact with candidates has an impact on the company overall, not just as an employer.
In-depth assessment of skills and experience but friendly and open. Gave a great impression of the company and encouraged me to join. Would recommend the process to anyone looking for a new role.

Structured interview process with several members of the team + stakeholders I would potentially be working with. Telephone interview followed by 2 1:1 meetings. Smooth and efficient process.
