I got a call from the HR few days after I applied online and we scheduled an interview for one week after. They sent me a list of possible questions that they could make to me, which prepared me for the interview. It was pretty clear the process, just one interview and then the answer.

First there was a phone interview. Why did you apply, what do yo know about the company etc. After that there was a IQ test and personality test. If you pass that they call you for a personal interview. On the interview there is person from HR and manager. They want to know your skills, how could you contribute to the company. And usual HR questions, how do you handle stress, what would you do if you have problem with one of your colleagues etc.
