Easy everyone was polite, do come prepared for the interview. The interview process was clear and the staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Many places are lacking during interviews throughout this pandemic but this Avis Budget cares about the people they interview.

I would not recommend interviewing for a Customer Service Representative role at Avis Budget Group. My recruiter arrived late to the scheduled interview without any acknowledgment or apology, which set a negative tone. Additionally, the job description did not mention any relocation requirements or provide information about relocation assistance. I was open to relocating, but because I wasn’t already based in the Boston area, my application was dismissed outright. This could have easily been clarified earlier in the process. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional, which unfortunately aligns with the company's reputation for high turnover.
