Found them at a recruiting event and had a follow up interview. I had another interview with plant management and was offered the job after that. They truly want to gage your manufacturing interest. The whole process took about 4 weeks.

I had a quick phone interview and then was intived for a hiring event a couple weeks later. The interview event was about 5 hours long, I spoke to 4 different engineers and 1 HR representative. Afterwards, everybody came together where they described the ELDP program. Everyone was very respectful.
