1. Phone Screen with Recruiter and was really great to learn about the company and culture. The recruiter did a great job of making me excited about the role
2. Call with Manager (this was for culture fit purposes and was really nice)
3. Call with Hiring manager. This is was a two part call. The first call was great, learned a lot about the role and business model. The second call was more about my experience in sales and everything seemed to be going very well until the end of the conversation when we discussed compensation. The compensation range was quite wide which is understandable considering everyone comes with their own experience but still something seemed off. During the conversation leading up to compensation I asked how the team was performing, quota attainment and path to achievement and over performance. The team isn't hitting quota today and when I brought this up and how the OTE seems to not be realistic I could tell the vibe definitely changed. My advice to you is if you're interviewing for an Account Manager position to ask about the individual reps attainment status because a nice OTE doesn't mean anything if there isn't a path to hit. Also, it's a 50/50 split between base salary and commission which seems like more of an AE comp plan instead of an AM comp plan. This company is another great example of how leadership/the board make unrealistic goals for their sales team while knowing most won't hit quota and they won't have to pay out high commission checks.

2, Reporting Manager Interview (Role specific interview conducted by reporting manager)
3. Panel Presentation (Prepare and deliver a presentation to director-level panel)
4. Assessment (Complete a job specific report for submission)
5. Executive Interview (Company & role specific interview with Global dept head)

The overall experience was fantastic! The process moved swiftly & everyone I interviewed with were engaging, informative, transparent and passionate. The local team I met with for the final culture round clearly enjoyed their roles and the company/culture, straight away I could see myself working alongside them collaboratively. :)
