      Your typical interview process (3-4 interviews) but the HR team is really fluent. They really made sure to follow up with me along the process, I really felt that they were following up with me through each stage. It started with HR recruiter, followed by lead managers, and then with Directors.

      Over the course of five weeks, I invested significant time interviewing with Avetta — 2 phone calls and 5 formal interviews on Microsoft Teams with multiple stakeholders, including senior team members. I was assured I would receive feedback immediately after the final round. That feedback never came. I sent four follow-ups across three different people, and not a single response — not even a courtesy acknowledgment. Putting a candidate through seven separate interactions over several weeks, then completely going silent, is not only unprofessional — it shows a lack of basic respect for people’s time and raises serious concerns about Avetta’s internal culture and communication standards. Future candidates deserve to be aware of this before committing to such an extensive interview process.

      Thank you for this feedback. We are looking into the specifics of this situation. Unfortunately, the interview process can take longer than desired in some cases. We do interview multiple candidates and strive to hire the best candidate for each job base on the position's requirements and candidate qualifications. Sorry to hear you were not selected for this position. We are providing coaching to our team about appropriate and timely feedback to applicants, especially when the interview process extends into a longer timeline that expected.       Entretien

      Interview process was easy and the people are interviewed with were friendly and easy to talk to. First stage was a call with TA, second one with the Hiring Manager and lastly a call with VP of CS and Director of CS. Whilst I had plenty of time to ask questions when speaking to the Hiring Manager, in the last interview they only left 5 minutes out of a 45 minute call for me to ask questions which I felt wasn't enough at all. I had the interview on a Thursday evening and was told I should hear back latest by Wednesday the week after. I had to chase them three times and finally got an update over a week and a half later saying they went ahead with other candidates. I'd have appreciated that update sooner without me having to chase them only to be turned down.
