The hiring process consists of an initial interview with the hiring manager, a challenge to complete, and another interview with the same hiring manager and a higher-level manager. This would then be followed by an interview with the founder The hiring manager seemed nice enough, however, the challenge was quite complex and they gave only a short timeframe to complete it. So it ended up being very time-consuming and stressful due to the timeline, especially if still working full time. The higher-level manager in the next interview was unfortunately quite unpleasant and this was sadly one of the most uncomfortable interviews I have participated in during my career so far. It was not a great experience and there is a lot of room for improvement (I would have not accepted the offer if I had received one and I was glad I didn't).
